6. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged items returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  1. Email sales@goonjh.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack items in original packaging with tags intact; ship back within 3 days of label issuance.

• Refund: Processed within 7 days of receiving returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Exclusions: Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
