Return & Exchange Policy

At GOONHJ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: Final-sale items (e.g. gift cards, clearance styles) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Send your order number and reason for return/exchange to sales@goonjh.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and packaging guidelines.

  3. Ship it Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the prepaid label. Drop off at the specified carrier location within 3 days of label issuance.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.

4. Exchanges

  • Same-Style Exchange: If you’d like a different size or color, indicate your preferred replacement in your return request.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Timing: Exchange shipments typically leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days after your return is processed.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Report Immediately: Email photos and a description of the issue to sales@goonjh.com within 3 calendar days of receipt.

  2. Resolution: We’ll arrange a prepaid return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
