Welcome to GOONHJ. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or placing an order with GOONHJ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “GOONHJ,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Leadwisee Media operating the GOONHJ brand.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” refers to anyone accessing our site or placing an order.

  • “Products” means the ethnic wear, cord-sets, accessories, and related items sold by GOONHJ.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using https://www.goonhj.com (or any GOONHJ subdomain) and purchasing our Products, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

3. Products & Pricing

  1. Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product titles, images, descriptions, and pricing. However, errors may occur.

  2. Pricing: All prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  1. Order Acceptance: Receipt of your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and “Buy Now, Pay Later” options. All payments are processed securely by third-party gateways; GOONHJ does not store full card data.

  3. Order Changes: To modify or cancel an order, contact sales@goonhj.com within 2 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in fulfillment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above ₹3,000; flat ₹150 for orders below.

  2. International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight; duties & customs borne by the customer.

  3. Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days domestically; 7–21 days internationally.

  4. Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags intact.

  2. Timeframe: Initiate return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  3. Process:

    • Email sales@goonhj.com with order number and return reason.

    • We’ll issue a prepaid return label; ship the item back within 3 days.

    • We process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return.

  4. Refund Method: Original payment method.

  5. Exclusions: Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

7. User Accounts

  1. Registration: Creating an account requires a valid email, password, and personal details.

  2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  3. Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GOONHJ site—text, images, designs, logos, and graphics—is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others.

  • Post harmful or disruptive content (viruses, spam, etc.).

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOONHJ and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GOONHJ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
